In 1928 he graduated from the directing department of the State Customs Committee, in 1936 courses to improve the qualifications of creative workers. In 1928 - 1929 - employee of the research office of the State Customs Committee and consultant of Sovkino, in 1930 - 1932 - Kulturfilm. In 1932 - 1935 - innovator of Sovkino production.
